We don’t provide any payment details or personal passport, address etc. informations, since w edo not sell tickets and all actual booking and purchasing of products are made in re-directed sites, owned and ran by the vendor/provider.

6.1 Most information in our systems is non-personally identifiable, which means that even we can’t match specific records to specific individuals, unless they signed up for an account. In this case, we treat this information with utmost respect and care.

7.0 Order and payment information. You pay to an airline, hotel or travel agency directly, we have no visibility of your order/booking information, including, but not limited to: specific ticket bought, price paid, credit card number, etc. All actual and contractual agreements are between a customer and a provider/hotel/airline etc.

7.1 All finalized bookings, reservations and payments are executed with (only) third party providers/bookers/vendors site. Actual customer relationships is created between a customer and a booker/vendor/PROVIDER, not with Trevento.com.

8.0 Trevento.com is no contractual party for the hotel/flight etc. bookings and all, and any claims of the user/customer under the hotel reservation/flight booking etc. and any data collected by a third party and/or hotel/flight etc. booker/vendor/provider. All claims are to be asserted against the third party (booker/vendor/hotel/service provider etc.) and not against Trevento.com.

9.0 Children. We do not offer any products or services for purchase by children. If you are under 16, you may use our Website only with the involvement of your holder of parental responsibility. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below 16 without the consent of the child’s holder of parental responsibility.

10.0 Information you provide about others. In providing personal data about other individuals (such as someone in whose name you are registering an account or subscribing to our marketing promotions), you represent that you have notified them of 1)the purposes for which information will be used 2) the recipients of their personal data and 3) how they can access and correct the information.
